In bands, the clarinet & bass clarinet, soprano & tenor sax and trumpet are usually in B flat.
As usual, the written note is above the sounding note.
For clarinets, soprano saxophones and trumpets; sound to written is a whole step up.
For bass clarinets and tenor saxophones, sound to written is a whole step plus an octave up.
